Får man röka på loftgångsbalkong?
Jag har ett balkongutrymme som ligger på loftgången. Får jag fortfarande röka där iom. den nya lagen? Det är ju min balkong så inte allmänt utrymme men samtdigt kan ju folk gå förbi.

Nej, man får inte röka på en loftgångsbalkong, eftersom även andra människor går förbi där. Man får bara röka på sin egna balkong, som ingen annan har tillgång till.

What can be done then when people, there and there in the building, smoke and smoke and smoke all day long and part of the night on their "own" balcony, so much that we can not open the doors and windows without having the flat smelling of the cigarette smoke and smell everywhere:/

Yes, unfortunately it is not forbidden to smoke on their own balcony. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. You can always try to talk to your neighbors so that they are aware of the problem.
