What can we have on the balcony?

Can we hang a hammock in the balcony? If yes, what would be the safest way? What about other items, like hanging plants?

    Thank you for your question.
    You may have furniture and plants on your balcony if there is no risk of it falling over the railing.
    Unfortunately you are not allowed to drill in the facade or anything that takes damage.

  • Hello, could I have an electric grill on the balcony for unit on Fjärdingsgatan 27? My balcony turned to the street. Is there a place where I can find this kind of agreements?

    Thank you for your question.

    We allow you to use an electric grill on your balcony, provided you show consideration for your neighbors and that they are not disturbed.

    It is still forbidden to use charcoal and gas grills on their balconies for safety reasons.

    Grilling with a charcoal grill may only take place at our properties in cases where we have installed a grill.
