How do I put the door in service mode?
We have received a message to put our door in service mode. What does that mean?

Thank you for your question.
The lock for your apartment has two different modes in order to enter.
- Normal mode “12 o'clock” position, is only used by you who live in the apartment.
- Service mode, when you turn the key to the service mode “10 o'clock” position, you allow us at Wallenstam to use our service key to enter your apartment in connection with the agreed service.
After the agreed service, you open and lock the door in the usual way by using the normal mode “12 o'clock” position.Have a great day!
