Can we get housing reference from you?
Dear reader,
We will move abroad in June and our rental contract with Wallenstam will expire on the last day of May.
We will move to the Netherlands, and to rent a place there, the rental agencies ask for a Landlord statement (google translate says hyresvärd uttalande). I am not sure if this is custom in Sweden, but it would be very good if you can share a document with me so that I can offer this to our future landlords.
Basically what they are asking for is a confirmation/reference that we had no payment problems, we did not misbehave, or had any other issues when renting with Wallenstam.
It would be great if you can help me with this.
