I have lost a tag

I have lost one of my tag.
What is the process to get new one.

    Thank you for the question,

    If you have lost a tag please email to kundservice@wallenstam.se  with the information about which tag is lost. We will create a new one for you.

    Attention!
    If you lose a tag you will be charged for the new one. A tag cost 300 kr.
